IECDS is governed by a Board of Trustees and has a hierarchy of technical staff starting with the Principal, Director of Studies, Director of Learning and Outreach and Sustainability, Director of Finance and Human Resources and Administration, Programs and Training Coordinator, Research Innovation and Development, Innovation Learning and Outreach and International engagement and partnerships.
IECDS has a long history of compliance with recognized environmental and social standards set by national and international institutions such as NEMC, Vice President Office – Environment Division and other Ministries as well as other globally recognized institutions on the environment and climate governance and that’s why it's accredited to different international institutions.
