Donations

Since IECDS is not for profit making, our activities are on a charity basis. The Institute is the only research and training institute in Tanzania that is accredited by UNFCCC Bonn, Germany (click here), with a focus on providing a series of training to the communities and other stakeholders for improving knowledge and skills on issues of Environment and Climate Change related to low emission pathways and Climate resilient activities. This is why donations are important in undertaking our activities.

We encourage different stakeholders to donate to our Institute. Your donation will enable us to accomplish some of our important activities including supporting students who cannot afford to pay tuition fees and conducting community-based development projects. Any amount is acceptable preferably an equivalent amount of $2 or 5,000/= Tsh can be donated through Cheque in favor of “The Institute of Environment, Climate and Development Sustainability” and sent to the Institute of Environment, Climate and Development Sustainability (IECDS) P.O. Box 7775, Dar es Salaam Tanzania.
